Transport Information

Transportation Requirements

Standards for carriers and drivers hauling equipment for Creative Equipment Solutions, LLC.

All drivers / haulers must be able to self-load and unload all units.

All drivers / haulers must have personal protective equipment (PPE).

Driver must perform a visual inspection of the unit prior to loading. If damages are present, notate the damage and contact CES immediately.

All drivers / haulers are responsible for their own loads. Ensure all components of the equipment are secure. The driver / hauler will be responsible for any damages resulting from improperly securing or inspecting their load.

Required Photos (Minimum 6)

  • • 4 corner pictures — entire machine visible in each photo (not too far).
  • • 1 picture of the basket (or attachment if earth-moving equipment).
  • • 1 picture of the safety pin (all aerial units, if applicable).

Once the driver arrives at the drop-off location, please make sure CES receives a signed BOL. If any damage is noticed, it must be documented on the paperwork with photos.

Rate Reduction Clause

CES will deduct $250 if we do not receive the minimum required photos when the unit is loaded and chained down. Do not send photos of the chains. If chain photos are sent, they will be rejected with the assumption that photos were not provided and the deduction will stand.

Dedicated Loads Only

All CES lanes are dedicated loads — partial loads will not be allowed. CES tracks all units via GPS; if a carrier deviates from the assigned route, proof of stops will be provided and $500 will be deducted from the invoice.
